I am extremely pleased with the service provided today for my heat pump system by Derrick of Summer Breeze Heating & Air. In less than 30 minutes, Derrick accurately diagnosed and fixed my heat pump issue. Right away, through logical deduction and testing, he identified the cause of no heat as an electrical short in the outside condenser unit caused by two metal components that had come into contact. The short was preventing the system from kicking on. He was patient and professional, answering my many questions as I followed him around. He was careful to not track mud into my house. Summer Breeze was assigned to my case by AHS, my home warranty company, so I cannot comment on affordability (my entire out of pocket for this visit was $75). In terms of a job done professionally, done quickly, and done right, I would highly recommend Derrick and Summer Breeze to anyone.

I was matched with this company through our home warranty service. After waiting two days for them to come out for service, they never showed. They didn't call or give me any notification that they wouldn't be able to make the appointment. After posting a negative review here, someone came out the following day and fixed our issue quickly. They were very friendly, great with our dog, and I would call them again for service.

The two repair gentleman were awesome. Skeptical because of their youth I let Dillon and Waylon start in and they proved to be very helpful and knowledgeable. They explained the problem and then fixed it. I expected them on Monday and took off work for it. They never showed and realize this was the office’s responsibility . I was aggravated at first but wanted to give them a shot . My only complaint is not being there when I was told. But the workmanship of Waylon and Dillon was excellent. I now have air and understand why it went out👍

So after having a bad experience with the first contractor sent out by my home warranty company (Working with them & not having my AC fixed for 3 weeks & then they tried to get me to pay them out of pocket for expenses that should have been covered by my home warranty)

I asked the home warranty company to send out this company because of a review that was on the other company's google review board. in where someone was having a similar experience & went to summer breeze to fix the issue. Needless to say that I was very pleased with the response & quality from this company.

Their technician Derrick was kind, caring, fast, & knowledgeable. If I am ever to run into any further issues, I will be making sure that my home warranty sends out this company.

The first time I turned on my upstairs heating unit, it come on but there was no heat. So I called my home warranty company and they scheduled Summer Breeze Heating & Air to come out. I received notification via text of scheduled visit the following day. Very fortunate that we had 70+ degree weather for the next few days. My technician was named Waylon and he was very professional, accessed the problem, and told me how it was resolved. I asked if he could show me and he gladly walked me through the process. I was a little hesitant based on the Google Reviews, but I highly recommend Summer Breeze.

Erik Shelton came out and did a great job. He explained the problem and immediately fixed it. He was very knowledgeable and had a great personality. The air conditioner is working well and my wife is happy again.

After three prior visits with each technician working to solve my problem in a very professional manner, I am now enjoying cool air again. Summer Breeze Technicians and office manager were accommodating to all of my concerns until there was a solution. Michael, Travis, Josh, and Matt! Thank you!

Matt Scott went above and beyond to assure my system was working properly. Even though it was early evening on a Friday night, he continued to work to make sure my issue was resolved. He called when he was in route, and explained everything thoroughly when he discovered the issue with my ac. He was professional and patient and encouraged me to call if I had any further issues! Highly recommend!

Summer Breeze installed a new HVAC system one year ago. Since I live in a condo, there were all sorts of problems getting the HOA to approve the unit (not because of SB, but because of the HOA folks), Matt and all the folks at SB were patient, professional and kind throughout the install. They have been back 2X for regular maintenance and are on time, courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Summer Breeze for all your A/C and Heating issues.
