The first time I turned on my upstairs heating unit, it come on but there was no heat. So I called my home warranty company and they scheduled Summer Breeze Heating & Air to come out. I received notification via text of scheduled visit the following day. Very fortunate that we had 70+ degree weather for the next few days. My technician was named Waylon and he was very professional, accessed the problem, and told me how it was resolved. I asked if he could show me and he gladly walked me through the process. I was a little hesitant based on the Google Reviews, but I highly recommend Summer Breeze.
I went thru my home warranty service and they scheduled an appointment with Summer Breeze AC. Derrick did a great job fixing my air conditioner. He noticed a part was rusted and ordered a new part. He also fixed the drain pipe that was assembled wrong before we bought our house. He was friendly, knowledgeable and explained things to me so that I understood everything. I would recommend Summer Breeze.
The guys at Summer Breeze were very nice and knowledgeable. They were very accommodating when I needed to change my appointment. They greeted me at the door in a professional manner and within minutes knew what the problem was with my heating system. They planned ahead and had the parts on the truck. They made the repair and had my heater back on which was great since it has been so cold lately.
The two repair gentleman were awesome. Skeptical because of their youth I let Dillon and Waylon start in and they proved to be very helpful and knowledgeable. They explained the problem and then fixed it. I expected them on Monday and took off work for it. They never showed and realize this was the office’s responsibility . I was aggravated at first but wanted to give them a shot . My only complaint is not being there when I was told. But the workmanship of Waylon and Dillon was excellent. I now have air and understand why it went out👍
So after having a bad experience with the first contractor sent out by my home warranty company (Working with them & not having my AC fixed for 3 weeks & then they tried to get me to pay them out of pocket for expenses that should have been covered by my home warranty)
I asked the home warranty company to send out this company because of a review that was on the other company's google review board. in where someone was having a similar experience & went to summer breeze to fix the issue. Needless to say that I was very pleased with the response & quality from this company.
Their technician Derrick was kind, caring, fast, & knowledgeable. If I am ever to run into any further issues, I will be making sure that my home warranty sends out this company.

I was matched with this company through our home warranty service. After waiting two days for them to come out for service, they never showed. They didn't call or give me any notification that they wouldn't be able to make the appointment. After posting a negative review here, someone came out the following day and fixed our issue quickly. They were very friendly, great with our dog, and I would call them again for service.
Derrick was great. He was very cordial and fixed our issue accordingly. I have also spoke to Lindsay, front desk and she was very pleasant. Additionally, I like the use of email and text for notifications. Very helpful!
