WHY WON'T MY DUCTLESS SYSTEM HEAT OR COOL PROPERLY?

The outdoor coil could be blocked. Try clearing away leaves or other debris around the unit. Your filters may also be dirty or clogged and need replacing or cleaning.

WHY ISN'T MY DUCTLESS SYSTEM BLOWING HOT OR COOL AIR?

The blower door could be open. Close the door securely. This should restore power to the blower and gas valve. Also, your main gas line might be shut off and need to be turned on. Contact your gas company.
