WHY ISN'T THE WATER REACHING MY HUMIDIFIER?
The solenoid valve may not be working or you may not be getting power due to a bad control board. If you don’t hear a telltale click when the humidifier is turned on, you’ll need to contact your localTrane Comfort Specialist™. There could also be a block in the in-line strainer or another issue with the drain hose. The hose might need to be replaced. Your local Trane dealer can help with that, too.
WHY IS THERE LOW AIRFLOW FROM MY AIR PURIFIER?
The air filters could be blocked and you may need to replace or clean the air filters. Refer to your owner’s manual to determine how often a cleaning is recommended.
WHY IS MY AIR VENTILATOR NOT MOVING AIR?
This could be a problem with the air filters. Be sure and replace your air filters regularly. There could also be blockages in the clean or stale air vents. If you find a blockage but you are unsure how to proceed, contact an independentTrane Comfort Specialist™.
